Group Blackpink has secured the number one spot in brand reputation after completing their contract renewal with YG Entertainment.

The Korean Business Research Institute conducted an analysis of big data of girl group brand reputations, collecting 51,479,104 brand big data from November 10 to December 10, 2023. The brand reputation index was measured based on participation index, media index, communication index, and community index.

The December 2023 girl group brand reputation rankings include Blackpink, NewJeans, IVE, BabyMonster, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, (G)I-DLE, TWICE, Red Velvet, Oh My Girl, Girls' Generation, Signature, Girl's Day, Fromis_9, Mamamoo, NMIXX, HiKi, STAYC, Dreamcatcher, EXID, Cosmic Girls, Laboum, Apink, April, Kep1er, LOONA, Ladies' Code, Elris, Dia, and ITZY.

Blackpink (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa) topped the girl group brand reputation with a brand index of 6,148,842, up 55.71% from their November index of 3,948,959. This index includes a participation index of 225,420, a media index of 1,051,802, a communication index of 1,660,991, and a community index of 3,210,629.

NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) placed second with a brand index of 4,730,218, showing a slight decrease of 0.02% from their November index of 4,731,348.

IVE (An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Lee Seo) ranked third with a brand index of 4,547,363, down 1.82% from their November index of 4,631,502.

BabyMonster (Ruca, Pharita, Asa, Rami, Rora, Chiquita) came in fourth with a brand index of 2,691,229.

aespa (Karina, Winter, Giselle, Ningning) secured the fifth position with a brand index of 2,594,605, up 16.07% from their November index of 2,235,360.

The December 2023 analysis of girl group brand reputation included Blackpink, NewJeans, IVE, BabyMonster, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, (G)I-DLE, TWICE, Red Velvet, Oh My Girl, Girls' Generation, Signature, Girl's Day, Fromis_9, Mamamoo, NMIXX, HiKi, STAYC, Dreamcatcher, EXID, Cosmic Girls, Laboum, Apink, April, Kep1er, LOONA, Ladies' Code, Elris, Dia, ITZY, and many others.
