FIFTY FIFTY's Keena Donates 10 Million Won to Youth Independence after First Music Royalty Settlement
Keena, a member of the girl group FIFTY FIFTY, has stepped forward to support the independence of young adults preparing for self-reliance.
The Korean Red Cross (President Kim Chul-soo) announced on the 4th that Keena donated 10 million won to support the self-reliance of young adults preparing for independence (children exiting protective care).
This contribution comes from Keena's first settlement of her music royalties. She wanted to use her earnings for a meaningful cause and decided to support the Korean Red Cross's activities for these young adults after learning about their efforts to assist them in making a new start and pursuing their dreams.
The Korean Red Cross plans to use Keena's donation for programs that enhance the self-reliance capabilities of these young adults. They provide psychological stability programs and tailored goods to lay a foundation for their independence.
Keena expressed her gratitude, saying, "I am thankful for the opportunity to help a meaningful cause. I hope the youth facing the harsh world will never give up on their dreams and continue to strive."
Kim Chul-soo, the president of the Korean Red Cross, thanked Keena, stating, "We are grateful to Keena for supporting these young adults who are starting to stand on their own without anyone's help, enabling them to achieve their dreams and become healthy members of society."
