There's even video footage in her studio where the late star rehearsed and said the words "I will to try to live hard," taken through her encounter with the 'Goblin' promotional activities. There was also a Sulli snippet where she said, "there are many individuals who only use their sunglasses for me. Understand me; I'm not a horrible person." The upcoming documentary contains several interviews with her loved ones and closest friends, including Sulli's mother, Tiffany from Girls' Generation, and more.
Some snippets include Sulli's mother whimpering and saying, "I sincerely apologize I've come too late." Also, SNSD's Tiffany, who resided with Sulli during their debut days, says, "I'm sorry we didn't have a meaningful conversation with you while you were right next to me."
The documentary's main objective is to deliver an empowering message the late star wanted to give when she was still around to pursue her music professional life. The South Korean artist, singer, and model Choi Jin-Ri was born on March 29, 1994, known professionally by her stage name Sulli.
Sulli started as a child star in the entertainment world, starring as a supporting television personality in the SBS historical drama Ballad of Seodong (2005). She has since been able to secure a variety of guest appearances featured in TV shows Love Needs a Miracle (2005) and Drama City (2007), and the film Vacation (2006).
The late artist also starred in indie films such as Punch Lady (2007) and BA: BO. (2008). Sulli ended up going to an SM Entertainment audition when she was in her 4th grade and featured her star quality and sang an SES song called Chingu ("Friend").
Sulli was formally a trainee in SM after the audition mentioned above. The same year the trainee moved to a dormitory with Taeyeon and Tiffany of the Girls' Generation. The late actress remained there until Girls' Generation debuted.
Furthermore, Sulli managed to make her big debut with f(x) in 2009. She then sought to join the acting industry, until she regrettably considered ending her suffering and life at age 25 in October 2019.
Several news organizations connected her demise to depression, a direct consequence of online bullying. It was revealed after her suicide that Sulli had continued to request her company SM Entertainment to take bold action against vile comments and online harassment.
The documentary" "Why Was Sulli Uncomfortable? "is set for release on MBC at 10:50 PM KST on September 10. Watch below for the preview!
