BTS's Jin Crowned as the 463rd 'Charity Fairy' on 'CHOEAEDOL'
BTS's Jin has been named the 463rd Charity Fairy on the popular fan-voting platform, "CHOEAEDOL."
According to "CHOEAEDOL," Jin secured first place in the male individual rankings as he celebrated his 11,100th day since birth on April 25th.
"CHOEAEDOL" selects Charity Fairies based on the accumulated rankings over the past 30 days, with those achieving first place or reaching over 55,555,555 votes on special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, being recognized as Charity Fairies. Jin's fan club surpassed the Charity Fairy cutoff line on the day of the milestone, proving their impressive global popularity and fandom power.
Jin's fans celebrated his 11,100th day since birth by posting hashtags like '#Seokjin_Landed_on_Earth_11100_Days,' '#Seokjin_11100_Days_Celebration,' and '#11100DaysWithJin' on various SNS platforms and the 'CHOEAEDOL' Jin community. As a result, Jin has now accumulated a total donation of 6.5 million KRW (approximately $5,600).
The donation made in his name will be delivered to the Milal Welfare Foundation and used to support people with disabilities who have become isolated due to COVID-19.
Meanwhile, Jin has showcased his world-class solo vocalist prowess through activities for his solo single album "The Astronaut."
He enlisted in the Korean military as an active-duty soldier last December, completed his basic military training, and is currently serving as a corporal and training instructor.
