K-pop group IVE has once again seized a significant trophy.

On April 26, IVE was honored with the Singer Category Performer Award at the "35th Korea PD Awards" ceremony, broadcasted on MBC.

The 'Korea PD Awards' are given to artists, broadcasters, writers, and PDs who have contributed to the development of culture, society, and media. Active PDs directly participate in the judging process.

Upon winning the Singer Category Performer Award, chosen by the PDs, IVE expressed their feelings: "We're honored to receive such a meaningful award at the '35th Korea PD Awards.' We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped with our performances. Since the award was given by the PDs themselves, we believe it's a message for us to work even harder. We will be IVE, repaying with good music and performances."

They added, "We'll show various aspects of ourselves through our first full-length album 'I'VE IVE' and strive to become IVE, who can bring positive influence. We ask for your interest and love."

IVE's success in achieving a "four consecutive mega-hits" can be attributed to their willingness to explore various genres and maintain a consistent narrative. Starship Entertainment's Vice President Seo Hyun-joo, IVE's executive producer, focused on finding the optimal songs for each member's vocal range and tone through the A&R team since pre-debut. This allowed the members to confidently explore different styles and genres, proving their versatility.

As a result, IVE has completed three title tracks with distinct musical elements, challenging various genres without being confined to a specific image or formula, and has continued progressive storytelling based on the keyword "narcissism."

In this new release, members Gaeul and Ray participated in rap making for four tracks, while Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung made their first attempt at solo lyric-writing, showing their passion for capturing IVE's unique color.

With their unrivaled presence, IVE has won 45 trophies in music shows during their two-year career and has secured a total of 83 trophies, including 38 awards from ceremonies, such as the recent "35th Korea PD Awards" (as of April 27).

As IVE continues to set various records, exemplifying the 'complete girl group,' their recognition by PDs at the "35th Korea PD Awards" has drawn even more attention to their future activities.

IVE plans to continue their diverse activities with the full-length album "I,VE IVE."
