Suga Unleashes His Talent in Cinematic 'Haegeum' MV On April 21 at 1 p.m. KST, Suga released his highly anticipated solo debut album "D-DAY" alongside the MV for the title track "Haegeum." The song features hip-hop elements blended with the traditional Korean string instrument haegeum, giving it a unique sound.
During an appearance on Episode 19 of "IU's Palette," Suga explained that the song's meaning could refer to "lifting a ban and allowing something that was forbidden." It also conveys a sense of "freedom" for those who seem free on the outside but are confined by societal norms and daily routines.
On April 2, BIGHIT MUSIC posted a notice on BTS's Weverse account announcing Suga's first official solo album, "D-DAY." The agency revealed that "D-DAY" would conclude the trilogy of Suga's alter-ego Agust D.
