PENTAGON, ONF, And TOO Members To Feature In Singles Magazine + Share Experiences In 'Road To Kingdom'
Singles magazine features invigorating and warm friendship in a hot summer through select bonds among newcomer boy groups.
PENTAGON's Hongseok and Yeo One, ONE's Hyojin and Wyatt, and TOO's Chan and Kyunghoo are among the selected artists to flaunt their closeness and cheerful vibes in the fashion magazine.
Being Featured In Singles Magazine
Speaking about the reunion of the boys in the magazine, Wyatt cheerfully joked, saying that after he knew Hongseok would also join the pictorial, he worked out without a break to have the same physique with him. With a laugh, Hyojin expressed that after he knew that he would be posing among the guys in a sea shoot, he became hesitant since he knew there would be body exposures. Fortunately, there were no drastic shots asked during the photo shoot.
Chan also spoke up and said that he has the same fears as Hyojin because he is too thin to take a summer photo shoot. Kyungho added that its hard to show a body being worked out in just a short period, but he noted that he prepared hard for the feature and said that it's essential to have an advanced mindset.
'Road To Kingdom' Experiences
The boys were also asked about their recent participation in "Road To Kingdom." Hongseok said that he faced a lot of pressure on the journey, especially in the first episode, when there was a portion that he started with a top off.
Hongseok said that he had never experienced dieting as hard as he did for "Road To Kingdom." But he was thankful to Yeo One, who helped him mentally. Even how exhausted he got in the competition, Yeo One kept the energy going.
Chan also shared their experience as a group where they only sleep 1 to 2 hours during that time since the "Road To Kingdom" period overlapped their debut schedules. It was one of the hardest he said since they prepared performances and choreographies for their debut while working in their primary production in the "Road To Kingdom."
Kyungwoo stated in the interview that he got a lot of headaches during "Road To Kingdom." He expressed that their group's preparation for the stage choreography is very exhausting.
Meanwhile, Kyungwoo confidently said that he could be named one of the people who did their best in the show.
Favorite Performances
Concerning PENTAGON's "Basquiat," Yeo One said that what made them stood out is because of their dramatic acting. He expressed that his group wanted to convey a symbolic message of the song through visual effects.
Finally, Hyojin shared his intimate performance in "Road To Kingdom." He chose "We Must Love More" with Oh My Girl's YooA because it turned into a piece of art after it was arranged with ONF's song "Moscow Moscow." He added that the expressions of the members, together with YooA, reminds him of a musical piece. It also served as an opportunity to promote their team to the public.
Here is the behind-the-scenes footage of the recent Singles Magazine Photoshoot with the newcomer group's members.
