Kim Young Dae Talks About His 'The Penthouse' Character, Difference From Other Roles, And More
Kim Young Dae sat down for an exclusive interview and talked about his co-actors working in SBS's 'The Penthouse.'
On December 24, Thursday, Kim Young Dae revealed the difference between his character in 'Extraordinary You' and 'The Penthouse.' Getting into details, he shared Oh Nam Joo is lighter than Joo Seok Hoon, who has been bad influenced by his father.
Regarding 'The Penhouse' success in viewership rating, Kim Young Dae remarked this is expected as the drama has a great line up of casts. "I expected the drama to receive a lot of interest, but I didn't know we would receive so much love to this extent."
As he portrays his character in 'The Penthouse' as Joo Seok Hoon, the young actor shared he is currently focusing more on his behavior and relationship with others on set. Kim Young Dae expressed gratitude for the production team for having such a light ambiance set for artists and his co-actors, who helped him portray his role more effectively.
Moreover, Kim Young Dae added how he is attentive to his character's emotional swing while filming romance scenes with Bae Ro Na. He shared the ideology set on his character's mind is greatly affected by his love interest in a good way, and that Kim Young Dae is getting the hang of it in person too with Hyun Soo.
When asked to share some key points to look forward to in the upcoming episode and finale of 'The Penthouse,' he revealed nothing as it will spoil the twists they are preparing for the fans. However, Kim Young Dae offered his gratitude to 'The Penthouse' fans for always supporting the cast and the drama project itself.
