‘Flower of Evil’ Cast Members Bid Farewell To The Drama
tvN's "Flower of Evil" on its finale!
Per ibTimes, "Flower Of Evil" revolves around the character of Do Hyun Soo (Lee Joon Gi), a suspected criminal who lives under the identity of another man named Baek Hee Sung to hide his horrific past. Hyun Soo, under the identity of Baek Hee Sung, is married to Detective Cha Ji Won (Moon Chae Won).
The two seem like a loving couple to the outsiders with an adorable daughter who admires her parents. However, when Cha Ji Won is forced to confront her seemingly perfect husband's realities, things take a turn for the worse.
Cha Ji Won starts to unravel the mysteries surrounding the unexplained deaths linked to Do Hyun Soo and his father, a serial killer.
"Flower of Evil" lead cast expressed their thoughts about the ending of the drama.
Lee Joon Gi, who played the mysterious Do Hyun Soo role, said that the story of the "Flower of Evil" finally came to an end after seven months. He mentioned with honesty that as they started, he felt pressured if he could portray the role assigned to him well. He expressed his gratitude to the director, writer, staff, co-stars, and the viewers who enjoyed watching the drama.
The actor finished the film by having a full-spirited attitude because everyone supported the drama until the end. He was also able to wrap up the drama with great success.
Even though every project is memorable, he thought this drama would stay in mind for a long time. He sincerely thanked everyone who loved his character, Do Hyun Soo, and the whole story of the drama "Flower of Evil."
Moreover, Moon Chae Won, who took the role of detective Cha Ji Won, also shared that she cannot believe that "Flower of Evil" came to an end. They have been working from warm spring to the cold autumn as if they go through three seasons. She also added that this project would remain the more rewarding one.
She continued sincerely thanked the viewers for loving the drama. Portraying her character as Cha Ji Won and as much as she loved to give the perfect emotions, there were still some difficult moments. But grateful that she was able to overcome them. She was also happy meeting and working with director Kim Cheol Kyu, writer Yoo Jung Hee, the staff, and the cast.
Another cast who shared her emotions about the drama's ending was Jang Hee-Jin. She expresses how happy she was for taking the role of Do Hyun Soo's sympathetic and warm-hearted older sister Do Hae Soo. She was sincerely grateful to everyone who made then drama possible.
Lastly, Kim Moo Jin played as reporter Seo Hyun Woo, who also showed off his acting skills with a wide variety of emotions. He shared his gratefulness to the viewers for their enthusiastic love and interest that they could wrap up the drama safely and successfully.
