Lee Dong Wook And Kim Bum Share An Intense Look In Poster For 'Tale Of The Nine-Tailed'
A newly released poster features Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum for the tvN's upcoming drama "Tale of the Nine-Tailed."
Lee Dong Wook plays the character of Yi Yeon, who once ruled as the guardian of Baekdudaegan Mountain Range, and now he lives in the city. He travels between the human world and the underworld as a judge. He punishes the monsters who disturbs the world of the living.
Meanwhile, Kim Bum plays the character of Yi Rang, the half-brother of Yi Yeon, born from a human and a gumiho. Yi Rang is somehow a dangerous gumiho with volatile emotions, and he will bring the conflict to the story.
In the new poster, the gumiho brothers, Yi Rang and Yi Yeon, shares a frightening confrontation. A modern city landscape surrounds them in the background. The brothers are wearing a similar black suit as they exchange fierce gazes.
Moreover, Yi Yeon's sword and Yi Rang's sharp nails convey the brothers' intense emotions toward each other. Neither one of them stepped back in the fierce face-off. The ominous text on the poster reads that he is going to hell, and he is going with you.
However, unlike the released poster with an intense confrontation, Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum share warm and realistic sibling chemistry while they were filming. The staff is impressed by how Kim Bum and Lee Dong Wook added more action to their poses when they requested. They had great teamwork without having to discuss their thoughts beforehand.
The poster emphasizes the intense atmosphere between Yi Rang and Yi Yeon, the charismatic gumiho brothers. The viewers should look forward to how the decisive confrontation and the hidden tragedy of the gumiho brothers Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum will go. (Via Soompi)
The upcoming drama "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" is set to premiere this October 7.
