Lee Dong Wook Reveals His True identity In Teaser Poster Of' Tale Of The Nine Tailed'
Lee Dong Wook's charismatic poster in the tvN's Wednesday-Thursday drama "Tale of the Nine Tailed" is now released!
The urban fantasy drama "Tale of the Nine Tailed" tells the story of a male gumiho (a mythical nine-tailed fox) named Yi Yeon (played by Lee Dong Wook) who lives in the city and the producing director (played by Jo Bo Ah).
Portraying the gumiho Yi Yeon is Lee dong Wook, who once ruled as a living god of the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range but now lives in the city. Yi Yeon, working as a judge who punishes monsters that disturb the living world, he travels between the world of the living and the underworld. Possessing the treasures and exceptional intelligence that men have dreamed of, he got entangled with humans as he got caught into a cruel love story.
The ancient gumiho Yi Yeon's grandeur is highlighted in the mostly black-and-white teaser poster. Lee Dong Wook cleverly portrays the modern gumiho who has an air of nobility and a carefree attitude. His alluring yet cold smile conveys the character's profound and mysterious aura. As the silver of light shines on his pale face, Yi yeo's identity as a gumiho is somehow exposed while giving some insights into his mysterious world.
More to the poster of Lee Dong Wook, a red text marks beneath his mysterious face saying, "Do you want to see the world I live in? Which pique's the viewers' curiosity about Yi Yeon's character.
The "Tale of the Nine Tailed" production team shared that the new series is a contemporary fantasy that will be going beyond how people have understood gumihos until now.
"Tale of the Nine Tailed" will surely make the viewers fall in love and be mesmerized by it's well placed special effects as it premieres on October 7 at 10:50 PM, KST.
