Jang Dong Yoon Is A Military Dog Handler In The New Stills Of OCN’s Military Drama ‘Search’
OCN’s upcoming military thriller drama title “Search” that centers around the demilitarized zone (DMZ) reveals its first stills of Jang Dong Yoon as the lead actor!
Per Soompi, “Search “ will be the story of a specialized search party that aims to uncover the secrets of mysterious disappearances and murders in the DMZ. Surrounding the lead actor— Jang Dong Yoon, are the talented cast actors f(x)’s Krystal, Yoon Park, Moon Jung Hee, and Lee Hyun Wook.
Jang Dong Yoon will be taking the role of a military dog handler and a sergeant named Yong Dong Jin. He fervently counts the days until his long-awaited discharge in the military until an unexpected situation bombed in the DMZ. He was asked to continue the service as a member of the search team.
Yong Dong-Jin wishes to end his last mission without any bumps in the road but ended up getting more involved as the situation unfolds in mysterious ways. He then relies on his instincts to guide him, and this will be the team’s search for answers’ pivotal.
Moreover, the character of Jang Dong Yoon will not just be showing off his tight and charismatic side through his new role, but he will also deliver the humorous stories of a soldier waiting for his discharge in the service. The actor is said to have enjoyed and is comfortable with his character in the drama. As Jang Dong Yoon already completed his military service, he expressed confidence that his enlistment experiences helped him much in the show.
According to the production staff, Jang Dong Yoon in “Search,” put on a fantastic performance. He never holds back, and his dedication helps the production crew be energized while working with him on the set.

“Search” is slated to premiere in the second half of 2020.
