Former VIXX Member Hongbin Joins The Military + Pens Heartfelt Letter To Fans
On August 18, former VIXX member Hongbin left a special letter to his fans before his immediate departure to join the military.
Hongbin said last week that he would be enlisting for his mandatory military service duties, which the singer posted on his personal social media account and parting words for his fans. Hongbin stated in the letter that he would go and receive training safety, and after protecting the country, he will again return to begin promoting in a safer country.
Hongbin’s letter continues that he may change in a physical and mental state, but will return with a smile and always keep in mind the feeling of wanting to return to have fun laughing and talking together again with friends.
Hongbin added that he would cheer on all of the fans and friends he’ll leave behind, so that the time the singer is gone protecting the country, will be the time all of them will be a bit closer doing the things they have planned and have been wanting to do.
And finally, Hongbin says his goodbyes and says that joining the military is crazy, but he will do his best to serve and protect the country.
On earlier reports, Hongbin has apologized to his fans on Twitch, saying he is no longer under Jellyfish Entertainment and that his contract has been terminated. The former VIXX member added that he could not add details about what happened and answer more questions later on.
Hongbin then apologizes for lacking dedication to his fans and the group, which the singer thinks he has let down. The former VIXX member added that he is sorry to his original fans and his fans when he was still a part of the boyband VIXX.
Hongbin is a singer, actor, Twitch streamer, and a presenter, formerly signed under Jellyfish Entertainment. Hongbin debuted as a member of VIXX in May 2012 with their single “Super Hero.”
