Singer Park Hye Shin Joins Campaign Against Drug Abuse and Voice Phishing Crimes
"Drugs, you should never start using drugs. Drugs are bad. Once you start using drugs, it's like getting lost in a maze with no exit. Say no to drugs, do not start." (Singer Park Hye Shin)
Singer Park Hye Shin has joined a campaign aimed at eradicating drug-related crimes and voice phishing scams.
On the 11th, Park Hye Shin participated in the filming of a drug prevention promotional campaign video called 'NO EXIT,' held by the Danwon Police Station in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province (station chief Kang Eun Seok). She was joined by veteran singer Kim Yong Im and comedian Oh Jung Tae.
The video, filmed on location at the police station, will be actively used in future efforts to prevent drug crimes and voice phishing. It will be promoted on each celebrity's social media channels, as well as on the police's social media and local community platforms.
At the event, Chief Kang Eun Seok said, "It is of great help that you all have taken the time to participate in this. As drug-related crimes and voice phishing have become major societal issues recently, your assistance is crucial. We will do our best to prevent crime."
Park Hye Shin, known for her candid and genuine personality, has a reputation as a talented singer, who combines exotic looks with star quality.
Graduating from Kyungwon University's Composition Department, she entered the music industry after winning the Excellence Award at the Gwangju segment of the 'National Singing Contest' in 2006. Hailing from a family of musicians, her sister, Park Hye Yeon, is a senior composer and alumni of the same university.
Shortly after making her debut as a singer, Park Hye Shin served as a reporter for a cultural information program (KBS2's 'Good Morning Korea'), showcasing her abundant sense of entertainment. For three years, she ran her own corners, such as 'Park Hye Shin's Great Challenge' and 'Park Hye Shin's Extreme Job,' where she traveled all around the country and shone.
As a singer, she formally debuted with the title track 'Just Once' from her first album 'Park Hye Shin 1st Album' (2009), and carved out her own musical niche with songs like 'Bitterly', 'Hold Tight', and 'Two Words Called Love'. Her song 'Faded Love' released last year, and her new song 'Bad Guy' blend perfectly with her appealing voice, captivating the ears of the public.
