There is little doubt that Going SEVENTEEN is turning into one of the more popular idol variety shows right now. After all, the members of the boy group are all blessed with impeccable comedic timing whether they are trying or not. Interestingly, the latest episode of Going SEVENTEEN 2020 has once again proven that the idols don't even need to try and still come up with hilarious results. This was shown when Joshua and Hoshi tried to draw a cat while Mingyu attempted to guess the illustration.

In Going SEVENTEEN 2020 Episode 10, the idols had to take part in several brain games. The episode titled SEVENTEEN BRAIN SURVIVAL #1 featured Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Hoshi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino creating three different teams who would compete against each other in brain games. The team 'Kwon-Kyu-Soo' (Hoshi, Mingyu and Joshua) were chosen to first take part in the game 'Explain and Get Right'. In this game, Kim Mingyu would have to guess something that Kwon Soonyoung and Hong Jisoo are trying to draw.

It's not as easy as it sounds. While one player describes a word using geometrical shapes only, another player would draw it before showing it to the third player who had to guess the illustration. Right from the start, Hoshi already struggled to describe the first word ("whale") as Joshua could barely understand what his dongsaeng is trying to tell him. Not surprisingly, Mingyu couldn't figure out the drawing although he came close by guessing "fish" and "submarine" before asking in frustration, "What's this?"

 

The second word "cat" would have been simple enough to describe but Hoshi forgot to tell Joshua that the triangular ears should be placed on top of the circular head instead of the sides. As a result, Hong Jisoo drew the ears on the side of the illustration's head like ear muffs. This led to Mingyu thinking that the drawing is actually a person and began calling out the names of their fellow members. First he guessed Moon Junhui then Hoshi and Wonwoo before settling on Seungkwan.

Interestingly, fans insisted that Mingyu guessed right since Jun and Wonwoo are often described as cats in the fandom. However, the correct answer had to be the actual animal itself.

Although they struggled with the first two words, the team finally succeeded with their third word "bicycle". Interestingly, Joshua only drew two large circles with a bar in the middle and Mingyu initially guessed "glasses" before getting the word right. Sadly, they had already run out of time by then.
