The group Omega X has terminated its contract with the agency involved in assault and verbal abuse controversy.

On May 8, KST, Omega X announced the termination of their exclusive contract with Spire Entertainment.

Omega X stated, "After careful and lengthy discussions, we have amicably agreed to terminate our exclusive contract with Spire Entertainment," and added, "We have decided to end all disputes with Spire Entertainment and will strive for the development of K-pop in our respective positions."

Furthermore, Omega X said, "We sincerely thank all those who have worried and trusted Omega X during this time, and plan to continue our activities with the manager who has been with us since before our debut."

Previously, Omega X had revealed in November last year that they had been subjected to assault and sexual harassment from the head of Spire Entertainment. At that time, the members announced that they had applied for an injunction to suspend the effectiveness of their exclusive contract with the agency.
