A female idol group member revealed that her plans to return to South Korea have changed. She was supposed to come home and perhaps start promoting again with her band, but everything changed when she discovered she is pregnant with her first child.

According to Allkpop, the said female idol is Z-Girls' Carlyn who is also the group's leader as she is the main vocalist and dancer. With her position in the team, apparently, it may be hard for the rest of the members to make a comeback now, so they are in a tricky situation.

Carlyn made the announcement of her new plans through a video that was shared on social media. In the clip, she said that she will start a new chapter of her life now as a new blessing has arrived.

She said that she has no regrets and thanked her family and her boyfriend's family for accepting her and her decision. Carlyn also mentioned that she would be settling in the Philippines as she starts her own family with Von, her boyfriend. The now-former Z-Girls member stressed that she is very happy despite the change in her plans to return as an idol in South Korea.

With her announcement of pregnancy and decision to stay in the Philippines, fans predict that Z-Girls may not be able to promote further. In any case, Z-Girls is a Kpop group that debuted in February 2019 under Divtone Entertainment, a Singapore-headquartered technology-driven entertainment, and media company. The agency is also formerly known as COZMIC Group and Zenith Media Group.

Then again, since their debut, the team was not able to release a song, and most likely, the pandemic is part of the reason. This is because the members are all from different countries, and they are unable to travel to get together due to COVID-19.

Z-Girls is composed of seven members, and they are Vanya (Indonesia), Queen (Vietnam), Priyanka (India), Bell (Thailand), Joanne (Taiwan), Mahiro (Japan), and Carlyn is from the Philippines. Joanne and Mahiro already left the team not long ago so there are only four members remaining in the group.
