TWICE Shares Insights On New Album, Concept And More!
TWICE members confidently showed their true personalities as they share insights of their latest album 'Eyes Wide Open,' following their October comeback in the K-pop scene. ONCEs are hyped and proud!
As TWICE made its official comeback with a hotly anticipated full-length album, the members cannot believe how it was well-received by the fans and public. The album's opening track 'I CAN'T STOP ME,' debuted on the top spot of Korea, Japan, and China's music chart, while the whole album 'Eyes Wide Open' dominated iTunes charts worldwide.
TWICE shared how they prepared for a retro-themed return in a recent interview. Nayeon explained how it is usual for them to talk through many aspects, especially when making a comeback with a concept that they haven't done before. Nayeon's insights made Jihyo agree and share that TWICE always worked diligently to think about new concepts that surprise the fans. She added that with perfect timing and process, they make sure that TWICE's transformation will not be too much for the fans and the public.
When asked about the different sides of the ladies who are never shown off to the public, Mina shared that they are slowly trying to reveal it. Furthermore, she stated that aside from the appearance and energy, they are currently unveiling new concepts, reflecting their genuine sides not only as a K-pop idol but also as an individual.
TWICE members, especially Dahyun, expressed her desire to meet the fans soon, right after the COVID-19 pandemic ends. She also wished everyone's safety and reminded them of the safety precautionary measures to abide by.
'Eyes Wide Open' is composed actively with the participation of each member. They shared that each track resembles their pure-hearted thoughts and self-motivation, which they hope will be felt by fans.
