DAY6’s Jae Fixes Misunderstanding with JYP Entertainment
DAY6's Jae posted his apologies on Twitter and shared updates with his recent talk with the JYP Entertainment.
Before the talk between Jae and JYP, the guitarist tweeted about his frustrations against his current label- JYP Entertainment, as he felt they were not promoting his solo activities, reported by Metro Entertainment.
He also stated in his tweets that he barely get permission to launch his own YouTube channel and that he felt like walking on the eggshells. He continued saying that he did everything by himself but ended up having to put an end to "Jaesix" because his agency did not favor the idea.
His fans started to post with a hashtag "Justice for Jae" on twitter to show their support to their idol.
However, on June 30, the idol tweeted again in the evening, containing apologies for the misunderstandings he had with his agency.
"After talking with the company again, I think there have been a lot of misunderstandings. I want to say that I'm sorry for causing you concern with my post. And what I wanted to express was a personal problem between the company and myself, it's completely unrelated to the members, and I never even thought that it was. I apologize for worrying My Day by not thinking it through," Soompi reported.
JYP Entertainment also told the news outlet Newsen, "Through our conversation, we have cleared up something that took place because of a misunderstanding between the company and the member. We will be very cautious in the future so that this sort of matter does not occur again."
