ONEUS Performs A Highlight Medley Teaser For Upcoming Album ‘LIVED’
ONEUS shared a live teaser for their upcoming album “LIVED” by performing an entire album into an acapella version.
The boys of ONEUS decided to tease their upcoming album “LIVED” by performing snippets of songs through acapella. In a video teaser released by their official record company RBW Entertainment on August 17, the group playfully sang the upcoming singles for their acapella album.
While most highlight medley teasers usually feature actual samples of the studio album, ONEUS decided to perform each track live instead, showing the group’s creativity and charm. In the video teaser, the boyband also discusses the record label’s description of each song and their thoughts behind the tracks.
ONEUS has been preparing for their comeback to the music scene. The boys have released a music video for their single “To Be or Not To Be.” They also released behind-the-scenes footage that follows them in preparing for their mini-album.
ONEUS’ upcoming mini-album “LIVED” features five singles, including the now release MV “To Be or Not To Be.” Other songs on the tracklist are “Dead or Alive,” “Dizzy,” “Airplane,” and “Come Back Home.” The album is slated to premiere on August 19 at 6 p. m. KST.
ONEUS also released three teaser videos for the mini-album “LIVED,” which features Leedo and Seoho, followed by more teaser of members Xion and Keohee. On August 14, the group released teaser MVs for members Ravn and Hwanwoong.
ONEUS debuted on January 9, 2019, with their EP “Light Us” and “Valkyrie” as their debut single. On May 29, 2019, the group released their second EP “Raise Us” with the lead single “Twilight.”
On June 28, ONEUS announced that they would hold a concert in Japan called “2019 ONEUS in Japan 1st Live” and was held in Osaka’s Zepp Namba and Tokyo’s Zepp DiverCity on August 28.
ONEUS members came from different trainee programs with Seoho, Keonhee, while Hwanwoong was trained under RBW in the second season of “Produce 101.”
Ravn was a trainee on the YG survival show “Mix Nine” during the second season, while Leedo participated on ”Mix Nine,” but failed to pass in the first audition.
In early 2018, Keonhee and Hwanwoong, with Ravn, Seoho, and Xion, were introduced as pre-debut team RBW Boyz, with Leedo added in March 2018. The group changed the name to ONEUS in June 2018.
