'Alice' Introduces Drama Characters With Mysterious Individual Posters
"Alice" is heating the excitement of viewers for the drama as they release new character posters!
Per Soompi, "Alice" is a science-fiction drama starring Joon Won playing an emotionless detective who discovers the existence of time travel. He winds up crossing paths with a person resembling his dead mother named Yoon Tae Yi (played by Kim Hee Sun).
SBS, on August 17, revealed character posters of the four main characters of "Alice."
The first poster shows Park Jin Gyeom played by Joo Won, who was born without emotions. Containing his poster are the words saying, "No matter which world you're in, I'll protect you," which clearly shows Park Jin Gyeom longing for someone very dear to him despite his inability to feel.
The next poster shows Kim Hee Sun taking the role of Yoon Tae Yi. His character poster reads, "If it's for you, I could do anything," which arises the curiosity of the viewers over who she is referring to.
For the first time, SBS showed a glimpse of the characters played by Kwak Si Yang and Lee Da In. Kwak Si Yang will be taking the role of a leader of the team named Yoo Min Hyuk, developing a time-traveling machine called "Alice." His looks are bold and powerful with a caption on his poster that reads, "I have to be vigorous to protect what's precious to me."
Furthermore, the last poster shows the optimistic reporter named Kim Do Yeon, played by Lee Da In. Being tenacious and confident, she is the only friend Park Jin Gyeom has. The text on her poster reads, "Save her. But make sure not to get hurt even a bit." The bold caption previews the character's feelings about Park Jin Gyeom.
The four characters in the drama are bound to tell their unique stories based on their posters' text.
"The Beginning," a special episode of "Alice' aired on August 17 at 6:25 PM, KST. At the same time, the premiere of sci-fi drama series will be premiering on August 28 at 10 PM, KST.
