ASTRO will be holding an Ontact (online+contact) concert on June 28 for fans!

Fantagio stated that the online concert performance this month is ASTRO’s way of greeting their fans on stage despite of the Coronavirus situation. It was created by the agency to provide fans with something to enjoy since the group has had to cancel previous fan meetings and performances.

ASTRO will show a variety of songs and various aspects through this showcase which will be live streamed for fans all around the world. In addition, it is anticipated that the group will provide a different atmosphere from offline performances through the eye-catching stage production that can only be seen on live performances online, Hellokpop reported.

This will be ASTRO’s first stage performance where the members are complete since their second solo concert The 2nd ASTROAD to Seoul last December 2018.

“We are happy to give good news to the fans who would have been saddened by the long delay of the previous scheduled fan meetings and concerts. The members of ASTRO are doing their best to show you a good performance, so please look forward to it,” Fantagio said.

Previously, ASTRO made their return on May 4 with their 7th mini album GATEWAY. They promoted with the album’s title track ‘Knock’.

‘Knock’ won their first trophy on ‘Show Champion’ on May 13, making it their second win since their debut. The members turned emotional during their encore performance.

The nominees for first place on the May 13 episode of 'Show Champion' were NCT Dream’s 'Ridin’, ASTRO’s 'Knock', IU’s 'eight' (Prod. & Feat. BTS’ Suga), Oh My Girl’s 'NONSTOP', and Girls’ Generation member Taeyeon’s 'Happy.'

Winning against the big names in the industry only made ASTRO’s win more meaningful, especially to AROHAS or ASTRO’s fans that are always proud of the boys regardless of the outcome of the promotions.
