Park Bo Gum And Byun Soo Seok's Mothers' Love And Support Are Their Recipes To Success In 'Record Of Youth'
Park Bo Gum and Byun Woo Seok achieve their dreams with their mothers' support in the recent stills released by tvN's "Record of Youth."
In the newly released teaser, Kim Yi Young (Shin Ae Ra) is Won Hae Hyo's enthusiastic mother. She intensively studies the scripts of every project her son stars in and personally manages his fans.
Kim Yi Young expressed, "I'm not following him. I am managing him." When the mother of Sa Hye Joon, Han Ye Sook (Ha Hee Ra), asks, "How is it possible that a parent can cover absolutely everything?" Kim Yi Young replied, "Are you saying that I'm wrong?" The two supportive mothers both have sons who share the same dream, and they will create new tension with their differing ideals.
Opposite to the unconditional support that Won Hae Hyo received from his family, Sa Hye Joon is pressed down because his father never believes in his dreams. His father told him that he's doing what he does because he is a concern as a parent, but his mother argues, exclaiming, "If the parents don't believe in their child, who will?
Furthermore, despite Han Ye Sook's inability to help Sa Hye Joon indirectly due to their family's problematic condition, she continues to stand by her son as a firm pillar of support.
Meanwhile, Kim Yi Yang reassures his son, saying not to worry if things don't work out because they will be there for him. And the phrase appears on the still, "Family is reality, and they will forever be fans who support your dreams."
The statement highlights the warm mother and son chemistry the characters share. And lastly, Han Ye Sook expressed, "What isn't difficult in this world? Son, you have to make it yourself."
"Record of Youth" premieres September 7 at 9 PM, KST.
