Former SISTAR Member Bora Rumored To Sign With KeyEast
Former SISTAR member Bora is allegedly in talks with the agency, KeyEast, for her next move.
On August 13, some publications revealed that Bora might be signing with KeyEast, stating that they have discussed an exclusive contract with the former idol. The label continues, "If she signs on with KeyEast, she'll be joining actors like Son Hyun Joo, Jung Ryeo Won, Joo Ji Hoon, Kim Eui Sung, Son Dam Bi, Park Soo Jin, and Kim Dong Wook as label mates."
Bora (Yoon Bo Ra) is a singer-actress and a former member of the popular girl group SISTAR and its subunit SISTAR19. In June 2010, Bora made her debut as a member of SISTAR on KBS "Music Bank" with the group's single "Push Push." The following year, the singer and Hyolyn formed a subunit with SISTAR19 with the single "Ma Boy."
In October 2012, it was revealed that Bora would be a part of one of the four groups that would perform a new song for the SBS "Gayo Daejeon" music show. As part of Mystic White, the singer released a charity single entitled "Mermaid Princess" on December 26, 2012.
In 2013, Bora joined SBS's fashion program "Fashion King Korea," where the cast members would team up with professional fashion designers to design and produce fashion items.
In the same year, the actress would host for KBS's music program "Music Bank" alongside Park Seo Joon. After that, she won the award for Best Rookie at the "2013 KBS Entertainment Awards" for her hosting prowess at the said show.
Bora would come later on as a host of a new show for KBS's fashion and beauty show, "A Style For You," together with Heechul, Hara, and Hani in January 2015. In April of the same year, Bora would collaborate with "Unpretty Rapstar" contestants Kisum, Lil Cham, Jace, and male artist Adooga for the hip-hop single "Feedback."
