J-Hope of BTS is set to embark on his first solo world tour, starting this February in Seoul.
On January 10 (local time), J-Hope shared the official poster for his tour, j-hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE,' via the global fan platform Weverse, revealing details about the much-anticipated tour.
The tour will commence with three shows from February 28 to March 2 at KSPO Dome in Seoul's Songpa District. All three performances will offer both offline attendance and online live streaming. Following Seoul, the tour will travel across 15 cities, including Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei, and Osaka, totaling 31 performances for fans worldwide.
HOPE ON THE STAGE marks J-Hope's first solo world tour. The poster for the Seoul concerts, released on January 10, features J-Hope striking a dynamic pose against a bold red backdrop while standing on a lift, symbolizing the tour's powerful energy. The name HOPE ON THE STAGE reflects J-Hope's connection with the audience through themes of hope, dreams, and aspirations brought to life on stage. The tour will also include the live debut of songs from his special album, HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, which explores his roots and artistry.
In a New Year's message posted on Weverse on January 5, J-Hope expressed his heartfelt wishes for 2025, writing, "I hope 2025 blooms beautifully for everyone. With all my heart, I cheer for your first steps into the new year." He also shared his personal ambitions, saying, "This year feels like it will be an incredibly significant one for me. I'm planning to show you so much."
J-Hope made his debut as a solo artist in July 2022 with his first solo album, Jack In The Box. In March of the following year, he released HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, which centered around his foundational love for street dance. The album was accompanied by a documentary, pop-up events, and other related content, aligning closely with its theme. J-Hope not only showcased his musical and dance prowess but also expanded his creative scope by directly planning and executing promotional activities that integrated music, documentaries, and pop-ups into a cohesive narrative.
As J-Hope gears up for this monumental chapter in his career, fans worldwide eagerly anticipate the energy, artistry, and heartfelt messages he will bring to the stage.
