BTS Jimin's 'Like Crazy' Tops Global Charts: 'King Jimin' Reigns with 5th Victory in October World Song Rankings
BTS Jimin's 'Like Crazy' has secured the top spot in the World Songs chart, shining a spotlight on his global popularity. 'Like Crazy' clinched the number one position in the 'HOT 50 WORLD SONGS OCTOBER 2023' conducted by the global K-Pop voting site 'King Choice' from October 16 to October 31, 2023.
In this voting round, 'Like Crazy' garnered an impressive 499,206 votes out of a total of 1,513,193, securing the victory. This marks the song's fifth consecutive win, following a four-month streak from May to August.
Previously, Jimin had achieved the top spot in June 2021 with his solo song 'Filter' from BTS's fourth full album, and he continued this success with the tvN drama OST 'With You', topping the charts in both June and July of 2022.
With these achievements, Jimin has now clinched a total of eight victories in the 'HOT 50 WORLD SONGS' with three Korean songs, maintaining his position as a leading force in K-Pop with three consecutive years of topping the charts since 2021.
Following the release of 'Like Crazy', Jimin continued to make history as a K-Pop solo artist, reaching number one on Billboard's 'Hot 100' and Spotify's Global Daily Charts, demonstrating his unwavering popularity and the steadfast support of his fans.
