BTS's Suga Bids Farewell to Fans Ahead of Military Enlistment
BTS member Suga has conveyed his final greetings to fans as he prepares for his military enlistment.
In the early hours of the 22nd, Suga left a message on the fan platform application, Weverse.
Last year, Suga was deemed fit for alternative military service. Starting today, he will undergo basic military training and, upon completion, will fulfill his mandatory military duties.
Suga wrote, "Hello, it's Suga. I came to say goodbye!" He continued, "Thanks to all the ARMYs, I've safely reached this point. And now, the time has come. I promise to serve diligently and return safely."
Previously, on September 21, BTS's agency, Big Hit Music, announced the completion of the board resolution regarding the renewal of exclusive contracts for all seven BTS members. Leader RM even posted a photo of the contract on social media, clearly expressing the intention to renew. Suga also added, "Please take care during the chilly autumn transition. Stay healthy, and let's all meet again in 2025!" hinting at BTS's full group activities in the future.
Lastly, Suga expressed, "ARMY! I'm always grateful and love you."
