Upcoming tvN produced drama series entitled 'Night and Day' responds to the scream of many calling out AOA's Seolhyun to leave the production and step down from her role.

25-year-old South Korean songstress was previously made known to be in negotiation for 'Night and Day,' led by the central star Namgoong Min. The upcoming drama series' story plot kicks off in an occurrence in a small village 26 years back.

The people are designed to possess beyond average intelligence, far from the acclaimed human capacity. The story will go on as intelligent people loses their emotional feelings and aspirations in exchange for the beyond smart mind.

The story will revolve around the individual plans of the people to take vengeance from the group who used them as a tool. A long time ago, the incident was treated by the people as a "mysterious incident."

As per Soompi, as the people's plans are slowly implemented, their real identities will be unveiled and discovered momentarily.

Namgoong Min, 42, will act as Do Jung Woo, a specialized detective agent as the distinguished Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. In addition to the cast is 35-year-old Lee Chung Ah. On the other hand, Seolhyun will play the character of Gong Hye Won, a police inspector at the same agency where Do Jung Woo is working.

However, the excitement of Seolhyun abruptly ended with a bullying accusation of fellow AOA member Mina in July. Mina points out that she has been bullied numerous times by Jimin, and Seolhyun acts as an additional accessory to the hideous act.

The accusation led Jimin to severe ties with AOA, but Seolhyun couldn't dodge the fans' comments. As a result of Mina's revelation, many have called out Seolhyun to step down from her role in 'Night and Day.'

However, the production of the series responds that they will continue to film with Seolhyun no matter unless the actress speaks for herself in stepping down from her role, Allkpop reported.
