Actor Ahn Sung-ki Radiates Health After Battling Blood Cancer: Spotted with Kim Hye-soo and Jung Kyung-soon
Veteran actor Ahn Sung-ki has shared a glimpse of his improved health.
On August 31, Jung Kyung-soon posted a photo with the caption, "At the 'Toccata' performance by Teacher Son Sook, reunited with Hye-soo and with senior Ahn Sung-ki. Love you all."
The shared photo shows Jung Kyung-soon and Kim Hye-soo in a warm pose. Notably, both are seen holding onto Ahn Sung-ki's arms, drawing attention.
Ahn Sung-ki, who previously wore a wig, now showcases a fuller head of hair and a serene smile, free from any signs of swelling. In 2022, the news of Ahn Sung-ki's battle with blood cancer had taken many by surprise. After undergoing cancer treatments and showing significant improvement, Ahn Sung-ki appeared at the 2022 Grand Bell Awards. He received a merit award and expressed his gratitude through a video message, saying, "Many of you are deeply concerned about my health, but I'm getting much better. I'll meet you all with a new film soon."
Furthermore, in April, he attended the '4.19 Democracy Peace Award' ceremony, and in May, he participated in the first memorial for the late Kang Soo-yeon and the Wildflower Film Awards, consistently showing his recuperated health.
