BTS Jungkook's 'SEVEN' has shattered records on the world's largest music platform, Spotify, by becoming the fastest track by a male artist to surpass 300 million streams.

The solo single 'SEVEN', released on July 14th, recently crossed the 300 million streaming mark on Spotify.

In just 23 days since its release, 'SEVEN' accumulated 315,578,879 streams (pre-filtering), showcasing its global mega-hit status.

According to World Music Awards (WMA), 'SEVEN' broke records on Spotify as the fastest track by a male artist worldwide to hit 300 million streams. It also secured the second-fastest spot across all artist tracks in history, just behind Miley Cyrus's 'Flowers', which achieved this in 20 days.

Following 'SEVEN', the next quickest male artist track to reach 300 million streams on Spotify was Harry Styles's 'As It Was' in 28 days. Justin Bieber's collaboration with The Kid LAROI, 'STAY', achieved this milestone in 36 days.

Previously, 'SEVEN' set the precedent by reaching 50 million streams in a record-breaking 3 days and 100 million streams (pre-filtering) in just 6 days, indicating its immense popularity and streaming power beyond the fandom and captivating the general public.

Additionally, on the 2nd of the month, the Guinness World Records recognized 'SEVEN' for setting two notable Spotify records: the highest number of streams by a male artist track in a week with 89,748,171 streams (post-filtering) and the fastest track to reach 100 million streams (post-filtering).

Jungkook with 'SEVEN' continued his record-breaking spree on Spotify. He is the first K-pop artist to top the 'Weekly Top Songs Global' chart for an unprecedented three consecutive weeks and maintained the #1 spot on the 'Daily Top Songs Global' chart for a record 25 days, the longest for any Asian artist.

On another note, 'SEVEN' also made its mark on the U.S. music scene by entering the Billboard 'Hot 100' chart at #1, remaining in the top 30 for three consecutive weeks. It held the #1 spot on both the 'Global 200' and 'Global Excluding U.S.' charts for three weeks, further illuminating its global appeal.
