Peak Time's Winning Team VANNER Set for Comeback on August 21
"Peak Time" winning team, VANNER, is making a comeback.
The coming soon image unveiled on their official channel on August 1st officially announces VANNER's comeback, featuring the group's name on a white flag against a refreshing blue sky.
Particularly, the phrase 'VENI VIDI VICI' in Latin is inscribed on the coming soon image. The phrase translates to 'I came, I saw, I conquered!' symbolizing VANNER's grand comeback and their determination to plant the flag of victory on their journey to the top.
VANNER's group name is a portmanteau of 'Victory' and 'Banner,' representing their intent to surge towards the summit and plant the flag of victory. Their comeback implies a strong will to bring forth songs encompassing distinctive concepts and unique identities, stirring curiosity about the overall color of the upcoming album.
The image of victory's flag, the energetic and lively images and phrases, and the phrase 'VENI VIDI VICI' encapsulated in the coming soon image have intensified anticipation for the transformation of VANNER, slated to return on August 21st.
VANNER consists of elite members who have undergone an average of 5 years of training. They're a skilled group who has amassed diverse stage experiences through over 200 live performances in Japan before their official debut and a tour of 14 cities in the United States. They, recognized for their unique personality and solid skills, won the JTBC survival program 'Peak Time' last April, appearing as Team 11 O'Clock.
As VANNER, who are praised for their perfection in all areas from vocals to dance, rap, and teamwork, is a complete idol group, there's a growing expectation on what transformation they will show through the image of victory's flag in the coming soon image. (Photo = VANNER)
