Tragic Loss: 17-Year-Old Japanese Idol from PrinceCHU! Dies Suddenly from Anaphylactic Shock
The music world mourns the sudden loss of Kirari Nano, a 17-year-old member of the Japanese idol group PrinceCHU!.
On July 28, the group's management confirmed Kirari Nano's sudden passing due to an anaphylactic shock on July 18th, officially stating, "We are deeply regretful to share this tragic news with everyone who has supported us. The event is still too sudden and surreal to fully accept and believe." They also added, "In accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family, we announce it today. The bereaved family, staff, and members are all still immersed in sorrow."
Formed in Japan in January this year, PrinceCHU! welcomed Himari into the group this past March.
Group member Nishikino Ami fondly recalled her time with Kirari Nano , stating, "The time I spent with Himeri and the memories we shared are treasures to me. I pray for her soul's peaceful rest."
Shimata Harumi also expressed her grief, saying, "I am grateful for the past three months we shared together. I will never forget the time we spent together. I pray for her soul's peaceful rest," she added, "It's too sudden, and I still can't accept it. We couldn't believe it when we first heard it, and there are times when we still hope it's not true."
Anaphylactic shock, the cause of Kirari Nano's sudden passing, is a severe allergic reaction that occurs when someone sensitive to a specific antigen comes into contact with it. It can cause a shock state where the body is unable to properly supply blood to its organs. This condition becomes especially dangerous when it affects the throat, causing swelling that can prevent breathing.
