Billlie Heating Up the Summer: Confirms Performance at 2023 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival and Further Global Activities
The 'Global Trend' Billlie is heating up the summer by confirming their appearance at several domestic and international festivals.
Billlie (Siyoon, Seon, Tsuki, Moonsua, Haram, Soohyun, Haruna) is set to perform at the '2023 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival' (hereafter 'JUMF'), which kicks off on August 11 at the Jeonju Stadium.
Celebrating its 8th year, the 'JUMF' is a representative music festival in Jeonju that encompasses all genres from traditional rock sound to EDM, hip hop, and more. Billlie plans to captivate the audience with their unique musicality and story-filled performances.
Expectations are heightened as Billlie previously graced the showcase stage of 'South by Southwest', one of the world's top three music markets, after receiving an official invitation last March. Curiosity is mounting on what kind of stage they will present at the 'JUMF'.
Additionally, Billlie has confirmed their appearance at the large-scale fashion show 'Kansai Collection', held at Kyocera Dome Osaka on August 6, continually climbing onto stages that represent both domestic and international events, thus living up to their name as the 'Global Trend'.
Meanwhile, Billlie lifted their first music broadcast trophy after their debut with the title track 'EUNOIA' from their 4th mini-album 'the Billage of perception: chapter three'. They subsequently released their first single 'GingaMingaYo (the strange world) - Japanese ver. -' in Japan, selling out all showcases simultaneously with their debut. They also proved their hot popularity in Japan by participating in numerous photoshoots for local popular fashion magazines.
In addition to group activities, they are also actively pursuing individual activities. Tsuki and Moonsua are showcasing their talents as MCs on MBC M 'Show! Champion' every Wednesday, while Haram recently demonstrated her presence as a vocalist through MBC's 'King of Mask Singer'. Furthermore, Tsuki is set to join the Netflix variety show 'Zombie Bus', which will be released next month.
