Cheondung, 'Sandara's Younger Brother', Declares 4-Year Long Love for Mimi: 'The Reason I Live' [Full Statement]

Cheondung, former boy group MBLAQ member, has publicly revealed his romantic relationship with Mimi, a member of girl group Gugudan.

In a handwritten letter released on July 14th, Cheondung stated, "Through 'Second House', I am unveiling my relationship with Mimi. At first, I had many worries and lacked courage, but I gathered bravery for the person I want to spend my life with."

He continued, "For Mimi, who always supports me calmly, warmly understands me, and strongly protects me when I'm feeling insufficient and anxious, I aim to show a responsible, happy life. I ask for much support and thank you."

He added, "I also want to express my gratitude to the fans who have loved me until now. As an artist who will continue to passionately make music, I will show you good sides of me. Please keep watching." Cheondung also made a heartfelt declaration of love to Mimi, stating, "To Mimi, who has become the reason I live. I love and thank you."

Previously, Cheondung and Mimi attracted attention when they appeared in the preview of the KBS 2TV entertainment program 'Second House', which aired on the 13th. In the episode, Mimi revealed that she had been dating Cheondung for 4 years, causing actor Choi Soo-jong, who was also present, to express surprise. Mimi and Cheondung aroused curiosity about the next broadcast by pouring out questions to the representative celebrity couple, Choi Soo-jong and Ha Hee-ra.
