The K-pop universe is abuzz as Lisa, one of the quartet of the acclaimed girl band BLACKPINK, sets a groundbreaking record. The Thai rapper and singer's solo single, "Money," has become the most streamed track by a female K-Pop artist on Spotify.

Surpassing BLACKPINK's own hit "How You Like That," Lisa's "Money" has gathered over 814.1 million streams, compared to the latter's 813.6 million, according to Chart Data. Released on September 10, 2021, "Money" not only broke records but also highlighted Lisa's individual artistic prowess.

A fan account dedicated to Lisa's Spotify achievements, @LISAonSpotify, shared that "Money" ranks as the fifth most streamed song by a K-pop act overall on Spotify. Lisa, with this track, also seized the title for the fastest female K-pop act to hit this high note, reaching over 800 million streams just 657 days after its release, as reported by Allkpop. BLACKPINK had previously held this record, achieving 800 million streams in 1,079 days with "How You Like That."

The success story of "Money" doesn't stop at Spotify; its impact reverberates across multiple platforms. In November 2021, Lisa secured her position as the longest-running K-pop solo female artist on the Billboard Hot 100 with a two-week stint on the chart, courtesy of "Money."

The exclusive performance video for "Money" not only achieved over 600 million views on YouTube within 269 days of release, but it also shattered the record previously held by Jennie, Lisa's fellow BLACKPINK member, with her music video for "Solo."

As per recent updates, the performance video on YouTube has already amassed over 859.3 million views. These achievements denote "Money" as the fastest K-pop video by a female solo artist to reach these milestones.

Beyond single tracks, Lisa's album "LALISA" has been recognized as the most streamed solo album on Spotify and is the first solo K-pop album to reach 1 billion streams on the platform, as per Guinness World Records.

Amidst these personal milestones, Lisa continues her journey with BLACKPINK bandmates Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé. The group recently made waves as the first South Korean band to headline a significant U.K. music festival, the 2023 BST Hyde Park Sunday.

Following the sold-out performance in London, BLACKPINK is set to continue their "Born Pink World Tour," with the next stop at Stade De France in Paris on July 15. They will then take their music to Vietnam, New Jersey, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles through August.
