Jung Da Bin And NU’EST’s Minhyun Are Broadcasting Club Members In Upcoming Drama ‘Live On’
Kim Sa Rang's JBTC drama 'Live On' (LT) has finally conducted their first reading and released heart-fluttering photos.
'Live On' is penned by the scriptwriter Bang Yoo Jung and will be helmed by director Kim Sa Rang. The cast members present during the first script reading are Minhyun, Jung Da Bin, Noh Yong Hyun, Yeonwoo, Yang Hye Ji, and VICTON's Byungchan.
Per Soompi, 'Live On' tells the story of two completely different characters who ended up matching themselves in the romance drama. Jung Dae Bin is a Seo Yeon High School celebrity named Baek Ho Rang; she will enter the school's broadcasting club with suspicious motives. Minhyun will playout the role of Go Eun Taek, the head of the broadcasting club.
Surrounding the leads includes Noh Jong Hyun, who will play the role of Do Woo Jae, who helps keep things orderly at the school and is close friends with Go Eun Taek. Since both share an interest in putting logic and rationality above all else, they quickly get along.
Furthermore, Ji So Hyun, the deputy head of the broadcasting club and a hardworking student with impressive grades, will be portrayed by Yang Hye Ji. Kang Jae Yi, the girlfriend of Do Woo Jae, will be taken up by Yeonwoo, who will do everything for her loved one. While the beagle-like, ingenious guy, Kim Yoo Shin, is Byungchan.
As reported, the cast did an excellent job during the script reading as they portrayed great chemistry across characters—they delved on their roles as they turned the pages. The quick-paced conversations, including the cast's created energetic atmosphere, were enough to deliver everyone back to high school.
Minhyun transformed into a cold perfectioned guy, from being sweet in real life as he portrayed Go Eun Taek. While Jung Da Bin perfectly resembled a social media influencer, Baek Ho Rang, who believes she is better than everybody else.
November is the scheduled premiere month for 'Live On.' Don't miss it!
