EXO to Launch Seventh Studio Album 'Exist' on July 10: The Wait Ends After Two Years
EXO is set to make a comeback with their seventh studio album 'Exist' releasing on July 10.
Slated for release on July 10th, EXO's seventh studio album 'Exist' features a total of nine tracks exuding various atmospheres. Pre-sales start from the 12th at various online and offline music stores, and it is expected to draw keen interest from global fans.
This album marks EXO's first new album in over two years since their special album 'Don't Fight The Feeling' in June 2021. Furthermore, it's the first regular album being released approximately three years and eight months after their sixth regular album 'Obsession' in November 2019, thus building great anticipation for a fervent response.
In particular, for the fans who have been waiting a long time, EXO will pre-release their new song 'Let Me In' prior to the album release. The song and its music video will be simultaneously launched on various music sites like Melon, Spotify, QQ Music, and on YouTube's SMTOWN channel at 6 p.m. on the same day, kick-starting the official countdown to the comeback.
The new song 'Let Me In' is a ballad featuring a dreamlike sound and restrained emotional vocals. The lyrics, which compare a lover to the blue sea, express a desperate desire to be together even when falling deeply in love. The song made headlines when it was first revealed on stage at EXO's 11th-anniversary fan meeting held in April this year.
Since their debut in 2012, EXO has continued a mega-hit parade with each album released, including becoming million-sellers six times in total. Not only have they achieved numerous records with group activities, but members have also gained global popularity through solo activities extending beyond the music scene to acting, variety shows, and fashion.
