ENHYPEN Reveals 'Sacrifice (Eat Me Up)' MV: A Blend of Contrasting Charms
K-pop group ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki) has unveiled the music video for the follow-up track from their new album.
Through their official SNS channel at midnight on June 8th, ENHYPEN released the music video for 'Sacrifice (Eat Me Up)', the follow-up song of their 4th mini-album 'DARK BLOOD'. The music video showcases ENHYPEN's dreamy, fantasy allure to the fullest, combining colorful visuals that highlight the distinct characteristics of each member and the group's uniquely composed choreography.
The music video, which begins with Jay appearing lost somewhere, encapsulates the dichotomy of heaven and hell, portraying ENHYPEN's members in contrasting environments and exuding a captivating charm. The members adeptly express both the innocence and arrogance of boyhood through their stellar facial acting, leaving viewers entranced.
ENHYPEN enhances viewer engagement through striking choreography that accentuates the song's unique features and smooth dance lines.
'Sacrifice (Eat Me Up)' is an alternative R&B track with a refined, mysterious, and sexy mood. The song's theme is about awakening one's destiny after seeing a loved one who has lost themselves, promising sacrifice for them, and asking to be consumed wholly to become a part of them again.
ENHYPEN will reveal their performance of 'Sacrifice (Eat Me Up)' for the first time on Mnet's 'M Countdown', which airs on June 8th.
