Min Yoongi, professionally known as Suga and a member of global sensation BTS, has set an unprecedented record in American music history. The 30-year-old rapper is now the first artist of his genre to rake in over $3 million from a single arena concert in the United States.

Suga's exceptional achievement, reported by @touringdata on Twitter, comes from his three-night stint at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California on May 10, 11, and 14. Each night witnessed the "Haegeum" artist generate an extraordinary revenue of $3.164 million, marking it as his highest-grossing concert to date.

Embarking on his solo world tour "D-Day" last month, Suga thrilled fans in packed arenas across various US cities. The tour kicked off with two consecutive performances at the UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York, on April 26 and 27, making waves for its astounding success.

"D-Day" now stands as the highest-grossing tour by an Asian solo act in U.S. history, amassing a staggering $30.2 million from 151,000 sold tickets across 11 shows. This historic feat places the 11-show tour as the fourth highest-grossing tour by Asian acts in the United States.

BTS' "Love: Speak Yourself" and "Permission To Dance," along with Blackpink's "Born Pink" world tour, have higher earnings, while Stray Kids' "Maniac," Singaporean artist JJ Lin's "JJ20," and K-pop girl group Twice's "III" tour trail behind.

Upon the announcement of Suga's remarkable accomplishments, social media erupted in celebration, with fans applauding the rapper's successful solo career. "FIRST RAPPER" trended on Twitter, acknowledging Suga as a history maker.
