ONEUS's 'ERASE ME' Reinforces Their Reputation as 'Top Fourth Generation Performers'
Boy group ONEUS has further solidified their reputation as the 'top performers of the fourth generation'.
On May 8th, ONEUS (comprising members Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, Xion) returned with the title track 'ERASE ME' from their ninth mini-album 'PYGMALION'. Starting with Mnet's 'M!Countdown' on the 11th, they have consecutively appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank', MBC's 'Show! Music Core', and SBS's 'Inkigayo', presenting their comeback stage for 'ERASE ME'.
The new song 'ERASE ME', which strongly bears the 'ONEUS character', reminded fans of ONEUS's early songs with its intense beat. This was further enhanced by the members' energetic group dance, offering a rich spectacle. ONEUS particularly caught the eye by conveying their firm determination to break away from their past image and be reborn anew, using a 'sharp angle' performance. Despite performing a high-difficulty performance including three dance breaks within one song, the members' stable vocal abilities stood out. Their diverse suit styling, maximizing their lethal charms, was also a highlight.
The five members, who have once again imprinted the 'ONEUS character' on fans and the public through their unique music and performance, plan to continue communicating with fans through various music broadcasts and content.
ONEUS has seized the top spots in real-time K-pop Twitter trends in various regions including Korea, Malaysia, and Mexico, simultaneously with their 'PYGMALION' comeback. The music video for their title track 'ERASE ME' entered YouTube's popular trending videos immediately after its release and has currently exceeded 20 million views, continuing its hot streak. By also ranking high in YouTube's music video trending worldwide, ONEUS's global popularity has been confirmed.
