HYBE's MIDNATT Reveals Identity on the 15th: Drops Additional MV Teaser
HYBE Labels artist MIDNATT is ramping up anticipation for their debut with the release of an additional teaser for their 'Masquerade' music video, just a day away.
The teaser, reminiscent of a sci-fi film with its overwhelming scale and sophisticated aesthetic, has heightened global fans' expectations.
At midnight on May 14, HYBE Labels posted 'MIDNATT 'Masquerade' MV Official Teaser 2' on their official YouTube channel.
Following the first teaser, which focused on some of the characters appearing in the music video, this time, an intense and sensory space where their story unfolds is captured.
The grand space infused with a sleek, high-tech vibe steals the show. It suggests MIDNATT's infinite potential, embracing a surreal atmosphere and the transformation of various spaces.
Also, the teaser features a woman struggling, trapped in a white screen in the abyss, a barefoot man silently walking somewhere, and the silhouette of a figure beyond intense light, stimulating viewers' imaginations.
The question of what each backdrop signifies and what stories will be told in these places has further piqued the curiosity of global music fans.
MIDNATT is an artist born as part of HYBE's new project combining music and technology. They are also the protagonists of 'Project L', which garnered attention when HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk mentioned it in an interview with Billboard magazine in the US.
MIDNATT's debut digital single 'Masquerade' will be released simultaneously worldwide at 1 PM (Korean time) on May 15. The track, produced by hitmaker Hitchhiker, will be released in six languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
