Anticipation for a full group comeback quickly turned to disappointment due to the leader of Teen Top, C.A.P., making inappropriate remarks.

C.A.P. recently found himself embroiled in controversy after emotionally responding to a viewer's request during a live broadcast on his YouTube channel, asking him not to smoke during the stream. He responded by swearing at the viewer.

At the time, he said, "Someone asked me not to smoke during the broadcast earlier. Do you know why that annoys me? Honestly, I don't like those people who didn't even watch my broadcast before the comeback suddenly coming and saying, 'Isn't this wrong?' I don't like it."

He continued, "When I think about why those people who didn't even consume me regularly come to me and do that 'XX,' it's because, anyway, I'm a member of the team, and they're worried it might hurt the team."

The profanity did not stop there. C.A.P. also said, "It may come as a bolt from the blue to you all, but I'm thinking of not making a comeback. The contract ends in July anyway." This remark was explosive, as Teen Top had confirmed their "first full group comeback in three years" after recently gaining momentum through MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo.'

C..A.P's behavior, from using profanity to showing a negative reaction to the eagerly anticipated comeback, eventually came under fire.

In response, the agency TOP Media quickly stepped in to control the situation. A representative said, "We apologize for the worry caused by C.A.P.'s inappropriate behavior. Currently, C.A.P is deeply reflecting and regretting his lacking behavior."

However, there was no direct apology from C.A.P. Some of the public who had supported Teen Top's full group comeback as viewers or K-pop fans eventually turned away coldly.

With the leader casting a shadow over the group's welcome progress, it remains questionable whether a proper full group comeback can be achieved.
