THE BOYZ to Release 2nd Japanese Album 'Delicious' on June 13
The group THE BOYZ is set to release their second full-length album in Japan this June.
On May 8 and 9, THE BOYZ's side revealed through their official Japanese website and other local sources that their second Japanese album, 'Delicious,' will be released on June 13th. The album's information and concept photos were unveiled, creating a buzz.
In 2021, THE BOYZ released their first Japanese album 'Breaking Dawn,' which achieved third place on the Oricon Daily Album Chart, first place on the Tower Records K-POP Daily Sales Chart, and second place on the General Album Daily Chart. The group is expected to continue their global growth with 'Delicious,' their second full-length album in Japan, released after about two years. The album contains a total of eight tracks, including the title track of the same name.
In the recently released concept photos, THE BOYZ captivated fans with a kitschy yet colorful atmosphere and a hip vibe. With trendy props such as lollipops, microphones, and pink-toned phones, the photos showcased a different charm from their domestic activities, sparking curiosity about their upcoming Japanese album.
The title track 'Delicious' from THE BOYZ's second Japanese album, set for release in June, is a pop dance number with an upbeat tempo and prominent electric guitar sounds throughout. The song features a positive message in its lyrics, saying, "With you, today and tomorrow, the world will shine." Fans can look forward to THE BOYZ's kitschy transformation.
Meanwhile, as they prepare for the release of their new Japanese album, THE BOYZ will meet fans with their second world tour, 'THE BOYZ 2ND WORLD TOUR: ZENERATION,' held for three days from May 19th to 21st at the KSPO DOME (Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium).
