LE SSERAFIM's Record-Breaking Success: 3 Consecutive Days at #1 on Hanteo Chart, Secures 2nd Highest First-Week Sales for Girl Groups
LE SSERAFIM has achieved record-breaking results just three days after the release of their new album.
According to the Hanteo Chart, an album sales aggregator site, LE SSERAFIM's (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eun Chae) first full album 'UNFORGIVEN' has taken the top spot on the daily album chart for three consecutive days (May 2nd-4th).
In just three days, LE SSERAFIM sold 1,178,455 copies, securing their position as the second highest first-week sales for a K-pop female artist, including both girl groups and soloists. This achievement represents the highest sales among 4th generation girl groups, and with four days still remaining in the first-week sales count, their explosive momentum is undeniable.
LE SSERAFIM has also made their presence known on global music charts. According to Spotify's chart dated May 3rd, the title track 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)' ranked 58th on the global 'Daily Top Songs,' charting for two consecutive days. The song made its mark on the 'Daily Top Songs' chart in a total of 19 countries/regions, including 3rd in Singapore, 4th in Taiwan, and 10th in Hong Kong and Malaysia. In the Korean chart, the title track maintained its top position for two consecutive days, with all seven new tracks entering the ranking.
The music video for 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)' surpassed 30 million views on YouTube around 2 AM on May 5th. With their all-around success in album sales, music streaming, and YouTube views, LE SSERAFIM is attracting the attention of music fans worldwide.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM will showcase their new song performances on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' at 5:05 PM on May 5, and on SBS's 'Inkigayo' at 3:40 PM on May 8 (KST).
