Song Ji-hyo Sues Former Agency Uzurocks Over Unpaid Fees, 'Payment Delayed Several Times Already'
Actress Song Ji-hyo has filed a lawsuit against her former agency Uzurocks, claiming that she has not received payments for appearance fees and other settlements.
A representative from Song Ji-hyo's side stated on May 3, "We filed a claim for unpaid settlement fees against WojuROKS on May 2."
The representative added, "Uzurocks has already broken their promise to pay the settlement fees on several occasions, and we've decided that we cannot wait any longer in a situation where trust has already been broken."
Uzurocks has been accused of not being able to settle the appearance fees and advertising model fees for their entertainers and failing to pay their employees' wages. Song Ji-hyo, who was an actress under the agency, notified Uzurocks of the termination of her exclusive contract on April 14.
