Le Sserafim Set to Release Debut Album 'UNFORGIVEN' On May 1
K-pop group Le Sserafim (Sakura, Kim Chae-won, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun-chae) is making their comeback with the release of their first full-length album "UNFORGIVEN" on May 1, at 6 PM (KST).
A comeback countdown live will be held at 5:30 PM on Le Sserafim's official YouTube channel. Following this, the album "UNFORGIVEN" and the title track's music video will be released simultaneously at 6 PM.
The title track's music video, "UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)," which was filmed in Bangkok, Thailand, is expected to showcase an exotic landscape and diverse visual appeal. The song conveys a message of breaking free from the rules set by the world and going down their own path as Le Sserafim. World-class musician Nile Rodgers participated in the guitar feature, and the main theme OST of the American Western film 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' was sampled.
At 7 PM, "Le Sserafim Comeback Show UNFORGIVEN" will be broadcast simultaneously worldwide on Mnet, M2, HIVE Labels' official YouTube channels, and will also be livestreamed at CGV theaters. During this comeback show, fans can catch the first glimpse of various stages, including the title track and other songs such as "No-Return (Into the unknown)" and "Eve, Psyche, and the Bluebeard's Wife."
As "UNFORGIVEN" is Le Sserafim's first full-length album released only one year after their debut, anticipation is higher than ever. Particularly, all members participated in writing the lyrics for the track "Bloom (Between you, me and the lamppost)," and Heo Yoonjin took part in producing, drawing attention to the musical authenticity that Le Sserafim will display through this album.
