Song Ji Hyo recently received an award from the 2019 Asia Artist Awards and could not resist sharing her win with followers on Instagram.

The talented actress and Running Man ace members shared a series of selfies while holding her trophy for AAA X Dongnam Media FPT Freetechnic Popularity Award last December 30.

"This kind of meaningful and large award... I am so thankful to have received this prestigious award. I gained strength through your love and support. I will show a better side of myself now. I am always grateful," she said in her caption.

After the success of her horror drama Lovely Horribly in 2018 and the powerhouse celebration of Running Man's ninth anniversary this year, Song Ji Hyo will join her Running Man members in touring the world for their 10th-year celebrations.

The cast, which also includes Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwangsoo, Ji Seok Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Yang Se Chan and Jung So Min will kick off their series of anniversary shows in the Philippines on February. The announcement came with the promise of new performances from the cast which will surprise long-time fans of the show.

However, the Running Man tour will not be the only thing to keep Song Ji Hyo busy in 2020 because she already started filming for her new drama Did We Love which also stars Son Ho Joon and Kim Min Joon.

The drama is much anticipated by fans since it will challenge Song Ji Hyo's acting chops. Her last drama was well received by fans because of Song Ji Hyo's strong chemistry with Park Si Hoon and the unique story of Lovely Horribly.

Based on the synopsis of the new drama, Did We Love, Ji Hyo will take on the role of a single mother, Noh Ae Jung, who has been struggling to raise her child for 14 years, All Kpop reported.

Ji Hyo's character, who makes ends meet by working at a movie production firm, will meet four men -  cold and apathetic writer (Son Ho Joon), a charming actor (Song Jong Ho), the company's CEO (Kim Min Joon) and a Physical Education teacher (Goo Ja Sung). It is expected that the men will fall for Song Ji Hyo's character because of her strong personality and devotion to her child.

Did We Love is expected to air on JTBC early next year but no specific timeslot has been announced by the network yet.
