BTS Jin Takes the Crown in 'TOP 100 K-Pop Members' Poll, Showcasing Immense Popularity
BTS member Jin has won first place in the "TOP 100 K-Pop Members" poll, showcasing his global popularity.
Jin received a total of 2,926,894 votes, securing first place in the "TOP 100-K-POP MEMBERS" poll conducted by global voting site Dabeme.
The selection of candidates for the 'TOP 100' began at the end of March, and the final "TOP 100 K-POP MEMBERS NOMINEES," including Jin, were announced on April 2nd. The voting results were revealed on April 21st.
The poll was also conducted through a hashtag vote on the "TOP100KPOP" Twitter account. Fans supporting Jin participated enthusiastically in the voting by using the recommended hashtag, "I vote #JIN from #BTS for #TOP100KPOPMEMBERS."
In January, Jin's first solo single 'The Astronaut' was nominated in the "TOP 100-K-POP SONGS 2022" category of the same poll, ultimately ranking fourth in the final vote.
Jin has recently displayed his global popularity and powerful fandom by winning various polls. He took first place in "The Most Handsome K-Pop Male Idols 2022" poll announced by voting specialist site 'The Best Poll' and also ranked first in the MyCelebs-run ixD poll, which asked, "Which 'anticipation-filled' star are you looking forward to after military discharge?"
Jin, who enlisted as an active-duty soldier in the army last December, has been showing an unrivaled presence despite his military hiatus, raising expectations for his diverse activities in the future.
