ZEROBASEONE's Sung Hanbin controversy: was it necessary to mention 'Ravi' by name?
On the 20th, Mnet's "Boys Planet" announced the TOP9 members for the final debut group. Throughout the broadcast, Sung Hanbin, who consistently held the title of 'undisputed first place,' unfortunately dropped one step at the last moment, ranking second. However, he smoothly joined the debut group, showcasing his extraordinary class.
However, Sung Hanbin's statement that day is now on the chopping block.
During the joyful moment of his confirmed debut with ZEROBASEONE (ZB1), Sung Hanbin expressed gratitude to his family and many others, including Star Creator, who have supported him so far. His agency family was also included.
Sung Hanbin said, "To The L1ve family, Studio GL1DE family, including CEO Ravi, and Director Jeong Eun, who have always supported and backed me up, I feel like I gained a lot of strength. I sincerely thank you."
Sung Hanbin is a member of Ravi's label, Studio GL1DE. It's regrettable that he unnecessarily mentioned the name of Ravi, who has been involved in a 'military service exemption' controversy, creating controversy during a moment of hard-earned achievement.
On the other hand, Ravi was indicted without detention on charges of attempting military service exemption by obtaining a false medical certificate, pretending to be a patient with epilepsy in collusion with his agency's representative and broker. As a result, Ravi voluntarily withdrew from the group VIXX, to which he belonged.
