Kwanghee, Jessi, Ayumi, and Nam Yoon Soo show up as celebrity guests on the July 29 episode of MBC's 'Radio Star.'

 

Jessi spoke of Lee Hyori, who chose her, together with Uhm Jung Hwa and Mamamoo's Hwasa, as a part of her dream girl group. The potential girl group has indeed been titled 'Refund Expedition' by supporters based on Rain's recommendation.

 

Jessi expressed her shock when watching the episode on TV, sharing a time when she was going to be with Lee Hyori and Lee Eun Joo in a trio girl group. Lee Hyori claimed that she wanted to recruit women with eye-catching smiles and viewed for their sharp woman image. 

 

Jessi went on to share that she didn't know if 'Refund Expedition' would come to reality, but it would be great if it happened. 

 

When asked about her upcoming comeback in the music scene, she said that she would be releasing an album titled 'NUNA' soon with its title track 'NUNU NANA.' The hosts said Jessi participated in the Grammy Awards 2020, and Jessi said she had intentions to establish her U.S. debut.

 

She said, "I have been investing in my U.S. debut for around four or five months. I received Chris Brown, Juicy J, and Tyga calls, as well as 2 Chainz. I went to the U.S., seeing many people, including the CEOs of the biggest companies, in high positions. 

 

You wouldn't want to be overly humble in the United States, so I behaved like I usually did. The five months that I had spent were flipped away. I've been mad at first. Yet I think that good prospects will return in the future, I've been really disappointed. I believe I've been born a star." (via Soompi)

 

Jessi is preparing to make her comeback by dropping her music video on July 30 with Lee Hyori as a special guest.
